Common questions about booking with Optimus Move

What happens after I submit my booking request?

After submitting your request, one of our moving specialists will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details, provide a quote, and finalize your booking. We'll also send you an email confirmation with the details of your request.

Is my preferred date guaranteed?

While we make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time, availability depends on our current schedule. The sooner you book, the more likely we can secure your preferred slot. We'll always work with you to find a convenient alternative if your first choice isn't available.

What if I need to reschedule my move?

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled move to reschedule without any penalty. Last-minute changes may incur a rescheduling fee depending on the circumstances.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

For standard local moves, we typically don't require a deposit. For long-distance moves or moves requiring specialized services, we may ask for a 25% deposit to secure your booking. Your moving specialist will discuss payment details when confirming your reservation.
